The First Forty Students from Althea Scatliffe Primary School Graduate

I congratulate this first set of graduating students for the school year 2009-10.  They have a great amount of enthusiasm for the program and have proved that they can learn a lot in a short amount of time.  I feel the knowledge and awareness these students have gained while riding in this class will no doubt influence their future choices when they venture out on the road, whether they are walking, riding a bicycle or eventually driving a vehicle.  My one hope is that when faced with a tricky situation they will always err on the side of caution.
